The purpose of the set of Terms and Conditions (Terms) presented in this Legal Notice (Notice)
is to regulate the use of this website (Site), which Infozara makes available to Internet users.
These Terms apply to your use of this Site, its features and contents. Please read these Terms carefully before using and/or
registering on this Site because by accessing or using the Site or any mobile versions of it or by linking to it, you signify
that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

access at any time, without prior communication to the user and, without entailing any legal obligation to it or to third parties.
3. On the use of this Website
The user agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services that Infozara offers through this Site, by way of example

Unless the contrary is expressly stated, the contents of this Site, including, without limitation, texts,
images, sounds, animations, graphics, buttons, computer programs or databases, and their design, navigation
and programming structure, are owned by Infozara.
The two images in the homepage of the Site were obtained from the iStockphoto

www.istockphoto.com) with the sole purpose of
use on this Site. Therefore, its distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity with the
aforementioned two images is prohibited, not even quoting the source.
These contents and the domain name www.infozara.es are protected by intellectual
and industrial property legislation and treaties and by the rules governing domain names, and are properly registered.
The rights of disclosure, reproduction, distribution, public communication and processing of the contents of this
Site belong exclusively to Infozara.
Without prejudice to the permitted uses in accordance with the present Terms of this Notice or under the provisions
of articles 31 to 34 of the Intellectual Property Law (Law 2/2019, of March 1), the use
of hyperlinks to this Site is allowed.
Users are permitted to view, print and partially download the content of this Site solely if the following conditions

sources are quoted, and does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
Infozara is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage that the user may suffer as a result of errors,
defects or omissions, in information provided by Infozara whenever provided from sources other than Infozara.
Infozara does not guarantee the reliability, availability and continuity of this Site or its contents for technical
reasons, security, control or maintenance of the service, failures in the server hosting the contents or in other
intermediaries or providers, for attacks against the computer system, or any other reasons arising from causes beyond
its control; and therefore disclaims any responsibility, direct or indirect, in this respect.
Infozara is not responsible for any failure, error or damage, direct or indirect, that may arise in the user's computer
system or in the files or documents stored in it, caused by or resulting from the capacity or quality of the computer

Infozara is also not responsible for the quality of the connection or Internet access,

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in what is not expressly stated.
Infozara, user and any person or company using or hiring any product or service provided on this Site, submits
itself, except in cases where it is not legally permitted, to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and
Tribunals of the city of Zaragoza (Spain), for the resolution of any question that may arise regarding the
interpretation, application and fulfillment of these Terms, as well as the claims that may arise from any use of this Site.
