EUTarget 2020 request
In order to request EUTarget 2020, a service of EUTarget Services platform, first you'll have to select the modality in which you want to use the service. There are two modalities: Free and Full. Check out their features and select which best suits your needs.
Free Modality
To request the Free Modality, you will need to register your data (first and last name, country, email and password). Read and, where appropriate, accept the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and the Service Level Agreement.
Full Modality
To request the Full Modality, you will need to register your identification, invoicing and contact details, and the username and password to access the platform. Read and, if necessary, accept the terms of service. You can make the payment through PayPal and finally downloading the contractual documents.
Ending the process
At the end of the process, in any of the two modalities, the system will provide you a code which will be your identification number as a client of this service. Please, copy and keep it secret as for security reasons, you'll be requested to provide this code in some specific processes.
Once you've done it, you will be registered as a user in the EUTarget Services Platform. You'll be able to access the platform through "Log in", by using the email and the password previously registered.
Using EUTarget 2020
To use the EUTarget 2020 service, if you're already a registered user, you'll be able to access the platform through "Log in", with the username and password previously registered. If you requested the Free Modality, your username will be the email address you provided.
EUTarget 2020 will offer relevant information linked to your capacities and interests of Research and Innovation according to a Profile that you can define. A Profile is the set of keywords that defines the capacities and interests of Research and Innovation of one or several persons.
You can build your Profile from the form that will appear the first time you access EUTarget 2020, and manage it anytime from the tab "My Profile". To build a Profile, you you just have to include those keywords that best define your Research and Innovation capacities and interests, indicating their level of relevance.
With this set of keywords and their level of relevance, the EUTarget 2020 will, automatically, provide you the most relevant information linked to your Profile (topics, projects, partners and related profiles), in order to facilitate your participation in the Horizon 2020 Programme.
EUTarget 2020 includes a Library of Keywords that will help you to choose the most appropriate keywords to define the Profile.

Eladio Domínguez received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Zaragoza in 1974. He is Full Professor in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Zaragoza and academician of the Royal Academy of Sciences of Zaragoza.
As the leader of the Noesis Group, which was recognized as a Consolidated Group for Applied Research by the Government of Aragón (Spain), during the last five years has been the main researcher in three AVANZA Industrial Research projects (QualityReadyPortal , LisBioBank , SPOCS), one INNPACTO project (SMOTY: Security systems based on emergent intelligence in the Internet of Things), one CENIT project (THOFU: Technologies for future hotels) as well as three projects of basic research and seven research contracts with several public and private entities. Also during this period he has authored 15 research papers published in conferences and journals.
He is currently working on building systems endowed with a robotic consciousness aimed at to develop emergent intelligence systems in the field of Internet of Things (IoT)
Vice-president
Ángel R. Francés received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Zaragoza in 1993. He is currently Associate Professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Science of the University of Zaragoza. His main research interest is digital image processing and digital topology, and particularly on digital surfaces. During the five last years he has participated in two projects of basic research in these areas and has coauthored several papers published in workshops and journals. As a member of the Noesis Research Group, his research interest extends to the areas of Information Systems and Information Security, participating in five industrial research projects granted by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade (Spain).

Antonio López is a Computer Engineer from the Open University of Catalunya, Master of Software Engineering for the Web by the University of Alcalá de Henares and Masters in Database and Internet by the University of Zaragoza. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information and Knowledge Engineering (University of Alcalá de Henares) on autonomous communication in the field of robotic consciousness and Internet of Things (IoT).
As expert technologist in the field of Web 2.0, since 2007 he has participated in 6 projects of industrial research and development, being the technical development director of three of them (SMOTY, Ambu and QRP).
Sub-Chief Officer
Alberto Allué is a Computer Engineer from the University of Zaragoza, Master of Software Engineering for the Web by the University of Alcalá de Henares and Master in Database and Internet by the University of Zaragoza. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information and Knowledge Engineering (University of Alcalá de Henares) in the field of architectural building of systems for autonomous communication in the environment of Internet of Things (IoT).
He is leading the PerMat service (Performance Management Tool), which provides a tool with emerging intelligence features for planning and justifying the performance of individuals who are developing a R&D project. Since 2008 he has participated in four industrial research and development projects (SMOTY, Ambu, QRP and SPOCS).

Raul Mormeneo has an Statistics degree and Master's degree in Database and Internet both by the University of Zaragoza.
Since 2007 has combined his duties as Chief Executive Officer with his participation in five industrial research and development projects (SMOTY, Ambu, LISBB and SPOCS).
